Background
Who should participate?
If you are a leader who knows your 4-letter Myers-Briggs type, we request 10-15 minutes of your time to
complete this online survey.
Examples of 4-letter
Myers-Briggs types are ESTJ (Extraversion Sensing Thinking Judging) or INFP (Introversion iNtuition Feeling Perceiving).
We're aiming for 200 completed surveys by April 30. Please do the survey yourself (if appropriate) and send this link on to others you
know (colleagues, friends, organizations).
What's in it for you?
- We'll send you the results on how different MBTIâ type leaders view critical leadership elements.
(You'll be able to give us your email after doing the survey.)
- You'll help leaders around the world benefit from learning experiences that better match their interests and personality types.
- You'll earn our undying gratitude, or our respectful appreciation, your
choice.
What will we do with the results?
The findings will be presented initially at the international Association for Psychological Type (the
MBTIâ professional group) conference in
Toronto this July. Our intention is to stimulate further dialogue and research on effective leadership
strategies.
How will your privacy be protected?
The survey is conducted on Zoomerang, a trusted survey website. Your responses are of
course anonymous. Additionally, we will not sell, rent, or
share the list of people who request survey results.
Many thanks for your prompt response!
We truly appreciate your valuable time in contributing to this research.
