Are
you too smart to be complacent -- yet too experienced for training and too busy for workshops?
As a high-achiever, you know you've got the
professional experience, raw smarts, and emotional maturity to meet
expectations at your level. You also know that
challenging your own thinking and expanding your skills are
essential to achieving further success. And you want to
define success in ways that matter to you.
Given
your intense responsibilities and packed schedule, how will you
make sure you're learning enough to grow into your next role --
and make time for a life worth living?
Coaching
can help you learn and achieve more with
less effort.
IdeaShape clients -- mostly
MBAs and engineers with 5-15
years of leadership experience in companies such as Charles
Schwab, Adobe, Accenture, Blue Shield, Young & Rubicam -- tell us
coaching has given them a valuable edge in building high-achieving
teams, setting and achieving professional goals, communicating
more effectively, and, yes, living more satisfying
lives.
Coaching works. The two most
comprehensive studies1
of exec coaching to date quantified first-year ROI at 5.7 times and 7.8 times
the investment in coaching. Top executives at most leading companies2, like top performers in any
field, have coaches as confidential partners in creating their
next level of success.
Coaching does not require
watertight goals (at least to start!), corporate
initiatives, big budgets, long sessions, or psychological
drama. Coaching does require courage... your willingness to
be curious and accurate with yourself and your coach about what
you've got, what you want, and how to go after what you
want.
This
is an opportunity for you to move
forward powerfully on what matters to you.
LeaderGym focuses, in detail, on the 7 action-paths that our
clients say matter most:
1. Understanding who you are... and loosening up about it
2. Communicating directly, simply, powerfully
3. Sharpening
your focus and executing on what matters
4. Upgrading your leader toolkit
5. Opening up new possibilities (e.g., products, markets, careers)
for yourself and your company
6. Creating a life that works
7. Creating a life worth living
You choose the focus of our work together
-- diving into one path or making a variety of upgrades to your
life. We'll work on developing your strength, flexibility,
and balance in each area that's important to you.
You
can partner with a coach in a way that respects your schedule and
budget.
LeaderGym differs from traditional executive coaching because it's
just-in-time. You call for individual coaching when you want it...
twice a week, once each month, or something in
between. With early, midday, and late hours each week when the
coaching Gym is open, you choose when the time is right for
you to talk with your coach. You choose the channel -- phone
or email. Additionally, you can access two group learning calls each month
focused on specific ways for program
participants to make progress on
high-priority goals.
We've made this program affordable for
stretched company budgets and individuals who invest in
their own success.
Our
innovative LeaderGym program gives high-achieving leaders access to
experienced executive coaching. Pam Fox Rollin and other
IdeaShape coaches have helped hundreds of CxOs, VPs, Directors,
and experienced managers in leading US and European companies reach their next level of professional
and personal success.
