Pam's background offers 16 years of senior-level strategy consulting, substantial business experience, and leadership development effectiveness. Before founding IdeaShape in 1999, Pam guided executives of healthcare and financial service companies through major strategic and organizational change as Senior Manager / Strategic Services with Accenture. Since beginning her career with Bain & Company, Pam has partnered with executives at more than 40 companies in healthcare, technology, and consumer products. IdeaShape clients include Autodesk, Accenture, Blue Shield of CA, E.piphany, Charles Schwab, Verizon, and a variety of small/mid-size companies. Pam earned an MBA with emphases in strategy and leadership from Stanford Graduate School of Business, where she now coaches MBAs in the leadership development program and is a Senior Facilitator for the course alumni rate as most valuable: Interpersonal Dynamics. She has a Bachelor's with Highest Honors in Organization Studies from the University of California at Davis, where she coordinated leadership and career exploration programs. Currently, Pam is co-authoring research on leadership, emotional intelligence, and personality. She has completed advanced training in corporate coaching and is Certified to administer and interpret assessments including the Myers-Briggs Type IndicatorŪ, the EQ-i (Emotional Intelligence), and 360 feedback instruments. She studies the Enneagram with Don Riso and Russ Hudson. A lively and interactive presenter, Pam is a full member of the National Speakers Association.
