A cultural anthropologist by advanced degree, Wendy brings that lens to her work as an organizational consultant and coach. Wendy is skilled in group and interpersonal communication dynamics, leadership development and coaching, culture and operations change management, facilitation and team building. She offers organizations and individuals a wide range of tools and processes which encourage full participation and inspire individuals and teams to work collaboratively, develop their creativity, do their best thinking and problem solving, and infuse fresh spirit into the workplace.  Wendy, along with Pam Fox Rollin, offers Enneagram programs through the More About You collaboration.

A former hospital CEO, Julie supports clients in navigating the whitewaters of organizational change.  Her expertise includes strategic planning, project implementation, and human resource development.  Clients include major healthcare organizations, banks, universities, and community-based organizations. Julie earned her Bachelors degrees in Psychology and Social Welfare, as well as Master's degrees in Business and Public Health, all from UC Berkeley.  She is qualified to administer and interpret assessments including the Byers-Briggs Type Indicator.

Drew brings to his work a valuable combination of leadership development expertise, hands-on business management, and public policy experience.  In his roles as facilitator, coach, and strategic consultant, he works with executives to design and deliver a systematic  approach for developing leaders, teams and culture in their organizations.  He has a keen interest in designing metrics for accountability and results.  Drew's education includes an MBA from Stanford University, an MA in Leadership and Public Policy from Claremont College, and a BA from Dartmouth College.

Mary Grace offers expertise from both the academic and real-life sides of the business world. After earning an MBA at Wharton, Mary Grace worked as a senior manager in Strategic Services at Accenture. She now teaches classes in organizational behavior at Case Western Reserve University where she is a doctoral candidate.
 
Aliki Nicolaides

A talented coach and project leader, Aliki has earned a reputation for insight and innovative program design across the US and Far East. Since 1996 she has led her own consulting company focusing on the Leadership Development of youth and adults across business, governmental, educational and grass roots organizations. Aliki holds a Masters Degree in Conflict Resolution and is completing a PhD in Transformative Learning at Columbia University.

In 14 years as a management and organization change consultant, Sharon has worked with a broad range of clients from Sun Microsystems and Stanford Medical Center to Brocade Communications and PlaceWare. Recent projects include strategic HR program development, executive team assessments, organization design, and strategy development. She is nationally recognized for her work with the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator®, one of the tools she employs to help leadership teams better understand their differences, improve teamwork and communication, and more effectively plan and implement change to achieve their business goals. Sharon holds an MBA from Stanford University and a BA in Psychology from Duke University.

Suzanne's articles have been published in regional magazines. Suzanne teaches a course for Southern Methodist University's Informal Courses for Adults on how to work with a virtual assistant.
